Usually you can simply post the clue to this list, and
let any webmasters know they can use it. I generally
just give the Lat./Lon. coordinates (based on the
Tiger Map Server) and let Dan attatch the map from his
end.

If your email program lets you attach to a message, you can just send your
stuff to:
